Once your lot sells and payment settles into escrow, we'll contact you to confirm a collection window. You don't need to arrange the carrier - the buyer handles freight unless you've agreed otherwise.
Make sure the item is accessible and ready for pickup on the agreed date. For wide or heavy loads, let us know if there are any access restrictions (low bridges, narrow laneways, soft ground) so we can brief the carrier in advance.
